Pilates and yoga in Ontinyent: what the Wellness class at Concept is like
Dynamic yoga and Pilates stretching focused on mobility, in a group class with natural light at El Teler. What it is, who it's for and how to book it.

If you're looking for yoga or Pilates in Ontinyent, at Concept you'll find them in a class of their own: Wellness. It combines yoga stretches and Pilates exercises done dynamically, with one clear goal: helping you move better.
What is the Wellness class?
Wellness is one of our group classes: a group session led by a trainer who sets the pace and corrects you. It takes postures and stretches from yoga and exercises from Pilates, and links them together dynamically.
The focus isn't on sweating or lifting heavy weights. It's on mobility: gaining range of movement, releasing tension and feeling more agile in your day-to-day life.
So you know what to expect: Wellness isn't a machine-based Pilates class. It's a group class where you work with your own body.
Who is it for?
- If you spend many hours sitting down and feel stiff at the end of the day.
- If you already do strength training or come to Bootcamp, Body Pump or the small groups, and want a calmer session to balance it out.
- If you want to start moving with a guided class, with no previous experience of yoga or Pilates.
- If you're looking for some time for yourself, to slow down and focus on your breathing and movement.
Wellness in your week
Wellness works very well as a complement. Many people combine one or two strength sessions with a mobility session. At Concept you can build it your way with the rest of the group classes (Bootcamp, Boot HIIT, Boot TRX, Boot Core, Body Pump and GAP) or with the Fuerza-Funcional small groups of 4 to 6 people.
If you're interested in that balance between strength and movement, we explain it in functional training in Ontinyent: three ways to do it at Concept.
Timetable and booking
Wellness is on the weekly group class timetable, always up to date on the website. Places are booked in the Trainingym app, just like every other class.
To come to Wellness you can use class passes: 9, 15 or 20 passes a month, or unlimited passes. If you'd like to try it before deciding, there are also day passes and a 5-pass card. You'll find everything on prices and memberships.
A space that helps
Concept is on the 3rd floor of El Teler Shopping Centre in Ontinyent: more than 900 m² with natural light, no crowds and a personal touch. And every time you come to train you get 3 hours of free parking.
